The company organization and management of quality, production, maintanance and logistic was supported by implementation of the ERP system GEMIS in January 2009. UNIPLAST MH ltd. was certified by regulation ISO 9001:2000 in 2006 by SGS Slovakia and was recertified by ISO 9001:2008 in 2009.

Production hall is equipped by central cooling system, air distributors and electrical installation for 30 machines. The machines are completed by necessary accessories.

All machines are equipped by standard peripheral devices (material dryers, vacuum transporters, mould temperation and etc.)

95% of machines has robotical systems:
- 6 axis robot
- Robots x, y, z,
- Sprue pickers
- Diferent construction transporters
- Sprue separators

90% of the machines are electrical – with 70% savings of electricity, minimal noise and maximum precision
