It is individual department with its own internal structure similar to the other departments at UNIPLAST MH ltd.

Department target is to provide:

• All activities for keeping operative standards of machine equipment (injection machines, tempering and cooling devices, vacuum dryers, transporters, robotical systems and etc.)
• All activities for keeping operative standards of the tools, moulds and fixtures.
• Repairs and maintanance of electric distribution point and transformer station, production halls and the whole company area , building, locksmith, cleaning services and etc.

We are giving accent for planning preventive maintanance of moulds and machines. Mould maintanance is equipped by standard tools and by special tools for exact sharping and polishing of difficult moulds with the mirror surfaces.
HF Technik ltd., company which is making laser welding of the metals is situated at our bulding, what is decreasing the repair times, and on the other hand is increasing the effectivity and precision of the mould small and medium repairs.
For the bigger ones we are cooperating with the bigger toolshops in the area (Kovorob Stropkov, Fragokov Prešov, Fonar Banská Bystrica, SEZ Krompachy, SEZ Dolný Kubín)
